dinner last night.

My first chicken fajitas were a hit with the hubby! I would post a recipe, but I didn't really use one. I browned chicken in a pan with olive oil while the tortillas toasted in the oven on 300 degrees in tin foil for 10 minutes. Then I chopped up a couple cloves of garlic, a green bell pepper, & white onion & added it to the chicken in the pan for a few minutes. Then I just topped the fajitas off with chopped tomato, guacamole, & cheddar cheese.
