After changing the theme TWICE, I decided to go for a sweet shoppe meets ice cream parlor themed birthday party. I fell in love fast with all the endless ideas you could do with a theme like this--& decided I would try my best to make everything PINK!
I picked up this old wooden high chair from an antique store for $12.00 & spray painted it white. I sanded it a little to give it a vintage-y look. The high chair "tutu" was sent c/o Chic Baby Rose. I think it gave it the perfect, girly touch!
These cute pink & white polka dot balloons are from amazon--couldn't pass 'em up!
Adorable hat from A to Zebra Celebrations.
I put some framed photos of Aubrey from now & then on the tables.. along with some fresh flowers..
The tissue garland was sent by the ever so talented Carmen from PomFlair--love how festive it looks!
I had previously owned the mason jars, & decided to use them as lemonade glasses with some cutesy striped pink & white straws.
Personalized water bottle labels from Chickabug.
I made a little timeline banner of Aubrey's "monthly" pictures.
The food was delicious, & all made by my amazing mama. I didn't get any pictures, probably because I was busy stuffing my face :)
"Jumbo" lollipops lined the grass & walkway, made by spray painting wooden poles, attaching balloons wrapped in cellophane paper & tied with a ribbon.
Poms = PAIN to make!
But totally worth it, no?
The sweet shoppe table was filled with all sorts of pink & white treats.. & fabulous labels by Chickabug.
My mom & I made these cupcake centerpieces--almost looks edible!
Cupcake toppers also by Chickabug.
Cupcakes, sugar cookies, & ice cream cone cake pops, were all made by Royal Sweets & Treats! Thanks Roya!
Aubrey's smash cake was made by my mom, cake bunting made by me.
